1. Orders will be confirmed and executed only after the full payment, according to the actual value of the order. 2. There is no service charge for delivery in Mangalore up to 10KM from Hampankatta, beyond which every additional Km will be charged. 3. Normally orders received before 12.00 noon [Indian time ] can be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 noon will be delivered subject to our daily delivery schedule but not later than the following day. Sentiments always strives to do its best to deliver at the specified time. However, there may be rare occasions when this cannot be accomplished due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions, weather conditions, general strikes etc. Delivery will be made between 9 am to 7 pm everyday. 4. Sentiments will not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of flowers due to the circumstances such as incorrect telephone numbers / addresses or if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. 5. No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery. However the amount paid can be applied against a future order within three months the then prevailing cost. 6. Should a particular item be out of stock, Mangaloreflorist.com (Sentiments) reserves the right to replace it with an item of equivalent value. 7.
